(Ethan is speeding along and is only one world away from his beloved - well, 1.5 worlds away considering that the Three Musketerettes are already near the end of Lake Shore, but that's a moot point to be said. I won't do Nastrond until I get Ethan to Avalon - with the Test Realm coming online again this week, it's only a matter of time before the content hits the game and I want to have some pets ready by then, so I am going to be hatching and breeding a lot. Enjoy!)
Salutations from Zafaria in the alternate timeline! I never realized how beautiful your friend Grace has had it growing up, this world is art! But I am getting ahead of myself...
I finally got all the Golden Seals from the Sons of Ymir and put them in the pedestals in Nastrond, though I had a bit of trouble with the Coven. They fled like cowards knowing their plan was done.
I saw Morganthe in the Sun Sanctum in Celestia. She was like a vampire lady, her skin so pale it was dead and her body clothed in a way that would have driven a man mad with lust had it not been for the spiders holding her dress up and the shadowy aura around her. It was like she was dead but in a far scarier way than a ghoul. (I shuddered as I read this - I had not realized that Morganthe was cloaked in a dark magic aura. Ethan must have the ability to sense this thing.)
I had to go back to class, Madame Wu had more to teach me, including a spell that had been stolen by the Hoarder. (Would you believe me if I told you that I had meant to not get the Level 58 Pet for Ethan until he was ready? No? Yeah... I completely forgot that Amber and Ethan had not gotten their Level 58 Pets yet. *facepalm*)
Milos told me that Grace had slain the Hoarder but not recovered all the spells, so I went and got the book that told how to summon a gnome... and when I summoned him in Mooshu, I was... surprised! (Yep, time for Ethan to replace Centaur with something a bit stronger. Having two Life Dispels is pretty good too. ^_^)
I used this new attack to destroy a Wildclaw who was holding an egg of a Forest Lord cub. I got the egg back and am incubating it now. (I hate the Level 58 pets - they give Spritely, but also take a full day to freaking hatch!)
Seems Luska and his goons couldn't leave well enough alone - but I got some decent boots which replaced my crafted ones. (Slyester Glowworm dropped, after two runs, the Boots of Esprit.)
I installed the last relic and took the Trial of the Spheres. It was a challenge, but the conjurer and necromancer who helped me gave full support and my Gnomes took out Ptolemos and Mithyra with ease while the others handled the Stellar Protectors. I then got the key to Zafaria.
It seems that bandits are still a problem here... But my Forest Lord is at home. I recovered the goods for Koyate Ghostmane and got his recipe for drums. Wow, this will take a while. I'll write again soon.
- Love, Ethan
PS: I have crafted the first of the items your friend Christina tasked me to create and will work on the others this week. Ciao! ^_^
