Crafting the Watchtower Hall - Part 3

Konnichi-wa! That means "Hello" in the land of Mooshu! This is Amber Rainbow, Sierra's pin-pal! I gave my pal the rest of the items she needed because I realized that I had already gotten to the required levels needed to get the rest of the items you need to get the Watchtower Hall and, well, since I gave her my old wings, why not give her her second house before she reached Mooshu? Woo!

(Sierra: I told her I wanted to challenge myself but she won't listen. Still, if you have a higher-level wizard who got to these places and is a Master Artisan already, don't look a gift horse in the mouth! Thanks to her I could focus on decorating my new Grizzleheim house with nice new mannequins because I didn't use my money or time for the items. Anyways, I'm letting her narrate these last parts since she was so kind to me. ^_^)

Thanks, Sierra-sister! ^_^ Let's get going!

(Ralts here - I realized that playing 12 wizards is not really great so I decided to put Amber to work while she was finishing up Dragon-Spyro and had her craft the remaining items since she had the means and money[over 68000 gold!] The diamonds were the hardest ingredient to get - they are rare drops from harvesting ore and require 15 ore to transmute. Needless to say, it took until Sierra got to Mooshu herself before Amber could make the required items, the diamonds are the worst because you can only get them as rare drops from ore clumps, and the best place to farm for ore is in the Atheneum of Dragonspyre, but it requires a LOT of realm-hopping. It was TEDIOUS and took months of real time. ;_;)

The next reagent you need to craft is a group of 4 Carved Stone Towers, with the recipe being sold in Mooshu by Toshio. The cool down time is terrible - nine and a half hours per slot! If you have any Crowns left over, you should use a Crafting Elixir for 250 if you want to get to the next step faster.

The ingredient list is very complex as well. To get all four towers, you must have the following:
  • 8 Locust Swarm treasure cards
  • 12 Shadow Oil
  • 4 Glass Vial
  • 168 Stone Block
  • 80 Diamond
  • 48 Scrap Iron
  • 176 Bronze Gear
Whew! That's a lot, and most of these items are not buyable except in the Bazaar. I thanked my pen-pal Chris Storycrafter, who lovingly crafted the needed treasure cards, traded them to Amy, and Amy traded them to me. (You can't bank Treasure Cards, you can only trade them to other wizards.) We also worked together to pool up the necessary Stone Blocks, Diamonds(which are also needed in one crafting quest), Scrap Iron and Bronze Gears(which are dropped by golems as a rare drop). Needless to say, it took so long for Amber to get the required diamonds - and she had to transmute half of them because they were slow in coming - I could have just done it myself, I was close to completing the quests for Toshio by then.

Amber: "Well, thanks for nothing! You can beg Chris Storycrafter to make your remaining items, wench" *blows a raspberry*

(sweatdrops) Eeh, sorry about that, she's a bit high-and-mighty since she got to Celestia, and a bit cranky from not getting Deer Knight yet. Oh well...Hold onto your hats! The last part is a doozy!
